Hi. guys! I have a problem. After new updates 0.1.91. and 0.1.9.2 i don't know how dowonload it. I open IRULE.exe, and then I have no idea that open next. I try to I.rule 0.1.9, but the firewall won't let me download this. Who knows what am I do?
P.S. I play on the laptop.
