It's fascinating that despite the fact that while they dislike how their mother operates, Frederique and MC became their parents, in a way. Especially MC; "like mother, like daughter" indeed.

I have no idea how this IF managed to evade my radar for so long until now. HOW the heck did I miss this masterpiece????

Also, can't help but be reminded of Scout (another Twine IF here on itch.io) tho. This definitely filled that Scout-shaped hole in my heart. So I hearby dub this the unofficial spiritual successor to Scout lol

I literally just randomly remembered the Choicescript demo a while ago ("Hmm, whatever happened to that WIP I played eons ago...? Did it die or smth...? 🤔"). And then I saw this when I opened itch.io.

Thank you so much for continuing this! This has always been one of my favorite WIPs and I'm so happy that it's not dead!

Quick question: Will there be a difference between the itch.io and Steam versions? I've played the demo here on itch.io, but I plan on getting the EA/fullgame on Steam.

This template is the only one I've seen (so far) that still work with the Sugarcube 2.37 update without doing any workaround. The only visual glitch I can see is a black bar separating the title bar at the top from the text area. Other than that, it still works alright.

Yasss, an update!

Unfortunately, there are several errors and coding stuffs that popped up throughout the playthrough. I was able to ignore most of them in my primary playthrough, but this one literally stops the story.

I will not be singing you praises in this one...cuz everyone else has been doing it perfectly for me lol.

I feel like this is one of the more refreshing VNs I've seen on itch.io in a while. The writing, the artstyle, even the text effects. And as someone who dislikes text effects in my VNs/IFs, this is something.

Also it's kinda...refreshing? unique? interesting? to have a female predator as the villain for once. And on another female too. And it's played for actual HORROR and not...something else.

I'll be real with you, I actually thought that it was a male teacher or classmate who abused the sister (vomiting cuz she's got pregnant), and then the reveal of MISS Blanche to be her abuser made me go from "oh shit" to "OH SHIIIIIITTTT".

I played the OG demo a long time ago and just discovered this revamped (hehe) version and OMG this is 😍. I just recently had a sick day and most of the time was spent binging this game lol. The art, music, story, the characters...everything is just perfect! And the easter eggs with other games made me go "Leondardo di Caprio pointing meme" at the screen lol!

Would it be possible for you to release a walkthrough/guide for it tho? I don't mind save scumming, but some of the puzzles are a bit of a drag, and I had to replay like a billion times trying to find some endings for the guys (*cough* Ares romance/yandere end *cough*), wondering where I went wrong.

But yeah. So excited for the next update!

You can download the Joiplay app and install the Renpy plugin. Not all Renpy games can be playable on Joiplay tho.

Well actually no. I have seen this for months now, trawling through the 'yandere' tag here on itch. It's just that it keeps getting buried on my "to play" list by other games...

Realtalk tho. The red words (you, I, me, etc) at the beginning reminded me of the blue 'HOUSE' in House of Leaves, so that immediately clued me in on Mychel's...methods.

So yeah. So excited for the next update!

Other than the A switching gender like, every other paragraph, I also caught this error.

But yeah. I was determined to stay loyal to Sloan but alas, A has charmed me to his side. Eagerly waiting for the next update!

I use Joiplay and I can play it (and other ren'py games) normally... Which version of Joiplay and the ren'py plug-in do you use?

An update! Woohoo!

So. Some spoilery thoughts:

1. The plants actually mean something now. Yep, makes sense that a demonic spider thing would come out of a spiderlily lol (I don't remember which plant had the whispers tho).

2. When you stumble upon Tenebris killing that guy, is running away and calling the cops the only option you can choose? Or was there another one that I got locked out of cuz I didn't have enough points?

3. OMG that twist. 🤯 The moment I heard that creepy BGM, I was like, "Oh, we in the yandere route now..." Also, that R18 scene was hot, yo. 🥵

4. Jacob and Melissa seem cool, so far. I sure hope nothing bad happens to them... *cough*cough* yanderes *cough*

Oooh, interesting... It's short (it's a demo, duh) but the atmosphere and writing is just lovely.

For the text flickering... Is it possible for you to add the option to turn it off? As much as possible I turn text effects off in these games. It's hard to read sometimes with these effects...

Oh, and I found a coding error.

So I own the entire game on Steam. Base games, all DLCs, everything.  I ripped the game files from my Steam Deck and transfered them to my phone to see if it would run with Joiplay.

Yes the game runs as well as any Ren'py game on my phone but for some reason it says that I do not have the Derek, Baxter, and wedding DLCs even though the files are in the "game" folder. I tried copying the DLC files into the itch.io version but the same thing happens. Only the Steps 1-3 and voice DLCs are being detected by the game, the others are not. Is there any way to fix this?

Okay. Bugs/errors time.

1. The DOOR effect in Chapter VI doesn't seem to work on desktop, but works fine on mobile? It only worked ONCE on my laptop, and then it just froze on the word no matter what I did, so I switched playing on my phone.

2. Some kind of menu shows up when you choose "I made a mistake" when you apologize to Kosta.

3. I don't think that header is supposed to be there, lol

Seriously, you do not know how DEVASTATED I was when the old demo was gone! And now it's back!!

First of all, I would just like to say how much I love this game. I have followed this since its ChoiceScript days and I am so glad this got continued here. Eagerly awaiting the next updates!
