You can try Window + R and searches 'AppData' --> Roaming --> RenPy , and then select Eternum file. You should be able to identify the save file and delete accordingly.

Search scrap at alley --> Sell it to Joe --> Search scrap at Lucy store --> Sell it to Joe --> Search scrap at avenue --> Sell it to Joe.
Selling it like this instead of in one go gave you more skill point. Add the skill point you get from working at Lucy store, you could get 2-4 skill point per day. It depends on rng.
