Loading Error?

after the first scene, this screen pops up and wont change no matter how many times i reload it. 

[Description: image is a screenshot. the background is dark greyish blue(ignore the black outline, its how my computer cropped the game). In yellow text it says "Loading Error", and in smaller white letters under it it says "Failed to load: img/characters/%24map-(4).png".]

[under that is a small black box(button) with the white words "Retry" on it. when i click on it, it will replay the games loading screen before taking me back to this.]

 at first i thought it might be a part of the game, but it still hasn't fixed itself so i decided to comment. i also tried restarting the game, but the same thing happened again even when i chose different options.

side note, i absolutely love the plushies in the bedroom referencing your other games! (Mistrick is my favorite, it makes me stim)

hope this can be resolved somehow because i really love your games and was excited to play this one <3

please please i love this game so much its a hyperfixation !!!!!! its so good like i cant even!! to you devs you are so amazing i have also played cold front and i love that one so much too ive yet to play Eloquent Countenance but i am very excited to!!! (side note while i was replaying i let my friends watch and they loved it too <3)

HELP?~so ive replayed a few times trying to get all the deaths and i finally got them all and then i didnt get to see the secret ending........ sobs cries falls on the floor weeping but like literally i will not be able to let that go brain needs to see all endings and i cant find any videos of it if anybody knows where to watch it or smth i would be so appreciative<33 also letting the creator know it isnt working...i am sad...

anyways i finished all the endings and its a great game <3 i loved all the silly little deaths in between and the third ending the most

also im not sure if i messed up but the wasd controls dont work for me... i gotta walk around with my cursor and idk how to sprint

sobbing i messed up the first time and ive went back and tried again and again and im pretty sure i did all the steps correctly but the cryptozoology teacher wont let me ask about bugbears again T^T imma try aggain tomorrow but this is really depressing and idk if i did something wrong or if the game messed up somehow...????? (side note i love this game the colors are so pretty, the characters are all interesting and i think the point system is a really good addition<3 i havent played a dating sim before really so no comparison but its really good in general. at first i forgot it was a dating sim and ended up alone.... it was completely my fault tho lol)
