I do not understand your point. I think it is quite clear, both in the title and in the description, that this is for use in RPG Maker MV.
Now these were created by me in MV and I decided to share them with other users and while you have the license of the Maker I do not see any problem since when you buy it you can do both commercial and non-commercial projects.
Now from the realistic point of view (the subject of vic).
If you have some development experience. We know that our first projects do not reach anything and, like everyone else at the beginning, we try to "take the good of everything (Engines, sprits, ideas ...)" and mix it to do something original. Something we know with experience that will not work. Something that is actually more experimental.
Really if it were a serious project, I think it would not be necessary to take resources made specifically for other engines instead of taking what was created for that engine (Unity).
I don't see any reason why you can have a demand on your project.
