Even if I could, how would I transfer my old saves here? a little help please. I appreciate it.

I didn't have this problem before the update. So there's no problem with my device, I'm on mobile. I deleted and reinstalled its still the same. 

I can't see any animated scene. It lags and the quality drops. I don't know if it's just me.
