Hi! Thanks for playing our game! The difference between 3 stages are:
White - too soon to dodge, you will lose a doe
Green - right time to dodge
Red - last moment to dodge, hitting this successfully awards a damage bonus  to  the hunter's sitting

Be bold and go for red!
