how can i use the pngtuber into stream,discord(examples),etc

i'm sorry to ask again but i really need helpp

i'm a linux user and well..

after i finally figured how to open it (noob) i plugged my mic and notice it didn't work, i tested this mic if it worked ,it worked on my phone and the notebook im using for use the program but it still didn't work...i checked the mic config and the same result

i make it executable and i don't know how to execute now BAHAHAHA 

I't tells me to choose an app to execute it,and well,i don't have any idea what to do now.this happens every time i try to install n play a game
