I loved this and had fun playing it! I loved the music that went along with it. And also the screaming hats were so funny! I was smiling throughout it playing it. The entire theme was suuppper serious and I loved it hahaha. The only thing that bugged out for me was the end with the words. They were laying on top of each other and I couldn't read the funny commentary at the end! But still, my goodness it was so fun and I was glad to have played it! Great job!

Oh my gosh! This made me so happy to read! Thank you so much for playing it!! You just gave me so much motivation to keep going, you have no idea! Originally the balloons were not supposed to slow your movement and they were supposed to feel better to glide through and pop, but somehow with the last updates I did, they slow you down. I like the idea of the aphids, that's really fun!
I loved the art, I think everything about that aspect was awesome! The thumbnail made me click on it, so first impressions were great. However I did spent half of my time trying to understand the way you use the lasso! It wasn't until I read the comments that I realized I'm not doing it right - initially, I thought it was the mousewheel spin. But you need to actually circle your entire mouse on the mousepad to make the lasso mechanic work. Once I got it, I really thought that it was so creative how it was done. What a cool way to use a lasso. Definitely one of the top games I've played so far in the jam!

This was a very cool concept, and I like the art style and the music a lot! But one thing that kept tripping me up was the directions of the joystick. I wish that the arrows were more pointing (from top left then counter clockwise) left, down, right, then up. With the directions of right and down being swapped, it kept tripping up my brain, leading to a reset of the levels. I do wish the sliding was a little less slippery since the directions were jumbled. Between the two, it was really difficult for my brain to switch from one thing to another. I did play on PC, not controller, so maybe it would be different with an actual joystick
I enjoyed your game! I played it quite a few times. The highest score I managed to get was 19! The music is so good too, it really amps you up as you're running around on the circle track. It fit really well with the game! Sometimes the coins would spawn in a spot where if you jumped into it, you'd land on an office plant... though I guess honestly I could get better with timing. I like how you obtain double jump... the powerup system is quite funny and totally serious. Thanks for sharing!
