I had this issue too. Starting from beginning of September. I visited him every day and talked to him. No cutscene or anything... But on the 30th (I think?) he suddenly confessed.

Hi, I can only help you with the first one sadly. You get asked if you want to use the cheats, when you start a new game, that's all. 

Hope you find your missing scenes and endings as well!

I am so confused... I started off with Tocchans route, everyting went fine. But I'm stuck with Toru. Since around an month he has a full heart and NEARLY 5 stars. Just a little bit is missing. I am talking to him every day, nothing happens. Does someone have an idea what the problem here is? Was I too late? Have I took a wrong path?
