"Inane" is an actual word, it doesn't necessarily have to be a misspelling of "insane". Unfortunately I don't know the context but I have a feeling that's exactly what they wanted to use in that case.

The author and artist are both Brazilian. Grape flavored stuff is also fairly popular in Japan, so that would at least explain that part.

No, no, I hear ya. It's a... difficult subject to include as a plot device to say the very least. There's definitely valid arguments to be had if it even should be included at all, especially if it's not the main focus of a story (e.g. a character recovering from being sexually assaulted) but since this is, to a degree, still very much based in reality and they have somewhat touched on social issues before I'm personally willing to see how this plays out.

However, I can definitely unterstand if people can't or don't want to deal with anything as awful as this in their fiction, not matter how it's handled.

I think you might want to check out the second part of the dev log for build 15. It goes into a little bit more detail on that topic and could maybe help alleviate some of those concerns.

It is, but Tennis Ace is very much story-based, so it's far from the main focus and there's a lot of story to tell before it gets to that point.

As for the CGs, it's a mix of both. Some of them are only a single image, while many others consist of several variants of the same base image that change throughout the scene. A few scenes also have more than one unique CG.

[Spoiler, obviously]

The choices to get on the good route/to day 31 are:

  • Day 22: "Ignore your father!"
  • Day 24: I can't bring myself to stay silent
  • Day 26: Be firm, Keep pushing

No, there is no full game yet, it just means you have reached the end of the current build. Patreon is always one update ahead, but no story content is exclusive to patrons.

Yes.

Yes.

Good choice, they're definitely all worth reading. Have fun!

It's a set of choices that splits the route into 'good', 'neutral' or 'bad', which have 31, 30 and 28 days respectively.

[SPOILERS BELOW] In case you want specifics:

As far as I can tell the four relevant choices are:

  1. "Ignore your father!"/"Agree with him for now."
  2. I can't bring myself to stay silent/I need to be quiet
  3. Be firm/Be apologetic
  4. Keep pushing/Let it go

28 to 31, depending on your choices.

No, I've also noticed quite a few continuity errors in that regard, although I'd have to really comb through everything again to pin them down.

I was actually thinking the same thing. Guess we will find out later on.
