Hello! Its Been A While, Hasn't It.

For Those Not In The Discord, I'm Here To Talk About Where I've Been, And What's Been Going On With Integrity's Fall. Just to Be Clear, I Am NOT Stopping Development Of I.F Or Slowing Down Progression Any More Than I Already Have. I.F Will Not Be Put On The Backburner (Save For When I Get Burnout And Work On Other Projects Alongside It) And I Will Not Be Cutting Development Short Of My Current Endgoal, Which Remains 15 Chapters, Though Has Bloated A Bit Thanks To Scope Creep.

So, Update 4, And The Dev Build I've Just Posted In The Description Of The Main Game Page.

If You've Been In The Discord, You'll Know That Update 3 Was Only Possible Thanks To The Help Of A Generous Gift From An Early Fan Of The Game, Paxerships. After Losing My First PC In A Convoluted And Personal Shift Of My Life Post Homelessness, I Was Forced To Put I.F On Hiatus For Two Years. At The Time What Is Now Known As The Legacy Version Was The Only Thing I Had Posted, And During Those Two Years, I Had Not Stopped Writing Or Making Art For I.F. When Pax Came To Me Offering Their Old Asus Laptop That They Didn't Use Anymore, I Accepted Gratefully With The Hope That I Could Finally Release What I'd Been Working On For All That Time To The World. When It Arrived, I Spent Months On End Recoding The Game From Scratch, Now Polished With My New Understanding Of RenPy As Well As My New Sprites And Artstyle. With Those Updates Came Major Improvements To The Game In Both Writing, Coding, Art, The Gallery Section, Special Thanks Credits And Interactable Elements Like The Secret Characters, Shelby's Laptop And The Cheat Menu. I Put Everything I Could Into That Time, Properly Gassing Myself Trying To Get It Done, And When I Finally Released Update 2, I Went Straight To Work On Finishing The Writing Polishing And Coding For Update 3 And Posted That As Well.

Since Then, It's Gone From 2024 To 2026, And I Continued To Work On The Game Alongside Other Projects And Life Events Until I Could No Longer Live In Denial And Avoiding The Guilt Of Taking So Long To Give You All A Quality Update That Rivals Update 3. But As I Said, Denial Was No Longer Feasible. The Laptop I Had Received Was Everything I Could Have Hoped For And Held Out Through So Much. It Was Running A Version Of Windows It Shouldn't Have Been Able To Hardware Wise, Pushing Itself With Everything It Had (And Even Chugging With Some Of The ATL Script I Added For The Anomaly), But It Was Already Old And Past It's Expected Use By The Time It Came To Me, And Now, As I Type This It Cannot Open Most Programs Without Them Freezing Due To A Memory Error. Its Battery Was Already Broken, Its Graphics Card So Outdated That The Drivers Were Failing And The Screen Was Freezing Upon Ten Minutes Of Startup, Etc.

It Felt Like Watching Someone With A Terminal Disease Work A Fast Paced Customer Service Job On The Tail End Of Their Life '>w<

So That's Why Now, Though Update 4 Remains Incomplete I Am Posting What I Have Regardless, As I Can No Longer Even Open RenPy. It Just Sits In My Task Manager At 0% CPU Usage, And Never Fully Opens. Task Manager Itself Cannot Close It Either.

I Plan, As Soon As I Can Land A Job, Or Another Lucky Opportunity Presents Itself, To Get Another Working Laptop To Run RenPy And Continue Development Of I.F For You All, As Well As Myself, And Update 4's Finished State Will Have All That I Intend It To Have, Regardless Of My Unhealthy Scope Creep. (I Am Trying To Learn How To Avoid It, I Swear '>w<)

Hi! Unfortunately My Laptop Isn't Actually Letting Me Compile An Android Build Right Now. The Old Android Version Is In One Of The Meta Links, But If You Want To Play The Newest Update, You Can Use An Emulator  With A RenPy Plugin, Which I Have Linked On A Community Post/Dev Log Talking About The Android Build. I Use The Emulator Myself, And Have Discovered No Bugs Or Malware In It, So All You Have To Do Is Download The Emulators APK To Your Phone, As Well as The Plugin, Download The Latest Version Of Integrity's Fall (Windows Version), And Open The Folder Within The Emulator App. I'm Sorry For The Inconvenience, And I Will Continue Looking Into The Android Build Issue On My End. Also, As For The Paws Question, Monsters Are The Dominant Species And Thus I Think Their Biologists Would Have Coined The Term Paws, Much Like We Made The Term Hands. I Just Think The Monsters Would Have Come Up With It First And This It's Used First And Foremost, Where Hands Can Be Used, But It's Like Saying "The Cat Landed On His Hands", Like It Technically Works, But Sounds Weird. It's Finally Here! The Wait Is Over! The Cliffhanger Has Been Slain!

I'm Very Happy To Announce That After Nearly 2 Years, Integrity's Fall Update 2 Has Arrived!

Thanks To An Endlessly Kind Donation From A Member Of The Discord, I Finally Have A Laptop To Contineue On The Game, And After A Month Or So Of Recoding The Game From Scratch (It Felt Like Cleaning My Room A Bit '>w<), I've Gotten The Game Back To Where It Was Before And THEN SOME!

Over The Hiatus, Id Never Truly Stopped Working On I.F. I Just Didn't Have The Means To Code! I Was Still Drawing New Characters That I'm Eager To Show, And Writing, Rewriting And Overhauling This Story. It's Changed So Much From When I Started, But It Has And Always Will Be A Story About My Experiences And Problems, Told Through The Lens Of The Undertale Universe. That Doesn't Mean I Can't Have Fun With It However, And My Insperations Have Turned This Semi Coping Mechanism, Into A Story I Hope Can Stand With Those That Inspired It!

On The Topic Of Writing, Since Recieving The Laptop, I Have Written Up To Act 2 Chapter 1, With The Major Changes Im Working On Now Being Finishing Act 2 Chapter 1, And Rewriting Act 1 Chapter 5. A Story Thread Has Also Shifted Reguarding A Character That Was To Be Introduced In Act 1 Chapter 3, But Was Cut And Replaced In Exchange For A Better Payoff Down The Line.

Now, On Update 2 Itself! I Must First Apologise For The Change Of Plans. Previously, I'd Wanted Update 2 To Consist Of Chapter 3, Most Of Chapter 4, And A Memories Section Delving Into Side Stories (The Latter Of Which Containing Multiple Stories Im Still Working On). This New Update 2 Only Has Chapter 3. Why Is This? Well, As Previously Mentioned, I've Had To Remake The Games Code From Scratch, Thanks To The Flashdrive I Have Not Being The One I'd Copied The Dev Build To Before I'd Lost My PC. This Was A Blessing And A Curse, As I Had To Cobble The Previous Code Together Using The Released Update 1.5 Build, And An Old TXT Holding My Chapter Three Ideas In It.

As For The Blessing Portion, Rewriting The Code Using My Fresher Knowledge Of RenPy And Python, Has Allowed Me To Add Much Cooler Things To The Game! These Ideas Took Priority Over The Only Quarter Finished Memories Section, Because I Want To Dedicate More Time While I Make Chapters 4 And 5, To Figure Out How To Make A Better Memories Section, Unteathered By It's Old Spagetti Code And Lore Implications, As Well As A Gallery Where You Can View Character Bios (However The Fuck I'm Gonna Manage That '>_>). On Releasing Chapter 4 Alongside Chapter 3... Thats A Bit More Complicated.

Ever Since Losing The Old PC (And Many Major Life Events Already Putting Me On Unstable Ground), I've Developed A Strong Paranoia Linked With Some Of My Biggest Fears. You Can See This Manefesting Itself In my previous Posts And Conversations I've Had In The Discord, Lamenting My Previous Inability To Provide You All What I'd Promised. Im Struggling With It Now, As I Type, Because I've Become Ever So Slightly Obsessed With Making This Update Live Up To The Wait And Expectations. It Was A Hard Choice To Make, Cutting Update 2 Into A Third Of What I Promised, Only Held Higher In The Many New Additions I Crammed In, In Hopes Of Making Up For It, But I'm Scared That Something Lifechanging Could Hit Again, Like It Does So Irritatingly Often With Me

It Could Even Be A Small Problem That I Can't Fix At The Moment, Seeing As This Laptop, Though An Important And Thoughtful Gift From Someone Who Wants To See Me Share My Work, Is Old And Has Many Problems. I Dread Having To Stop Making I.F At A Normal Capacity Again, Or God Forbid Having To Lose It All To Something. So That Is Why Im Giving It To You Now.

My Life For The Past 8 Years Has Been Utter Chaos, But Without This Project, And Without The People Supporting It, Be It In The Discord Or Lurkers, It Would Have Been So Much More Difficult To Get Through. So Thank You. No Matter How Invested You Are, No Matter How Long You've Been A Part Of This, You've Done A Lot For Me.

As For The Future, I'll Be Starting Code For Chapter 4, Writing For The Last Portion Of Act 2 Chapter 1, And Hopefully Making Some Breakthroughs In Gallery And Memories Coding Technology. My Pace Will Be Slowing A Bit So I Can Hopefully Secure A New Job To Tide Me Over Finance-Wise, But As I Have Been, I'll Be Trucking Along At Whatever Pace I Can Manage, Snails As It May Be.

I Realise I May Have Sounded Morbid When I'd Mentioned Losing My House, But Rest Assured I Do Have A Roof Over My Head Now, So Sorry For The Confusion. '>~<

Hi. Sorry I Hadn't Been Clear Before. My Life Kind Of Flipped Upside Down About A Year Ago, And In That Chaos I'd Lost My Computer. Because Of That I Haven't Been Able To Update Integritys Fall. At The Time I Had Half Of Chapter 3 Complete, And Planned To Release Update 2 With Quality Of Life Changes And Chapter 3. Instead, I Released Chapter 1.5, Which Had The Quality Of Life Updates And Some Other Planned Stuff While I Finished Chapter 3. Then I Lost The PC And With It, The Ability To Code The Game. Unfortunately RenPy Can't Be Used On Mobile, And So I Can't Do It From My Phone. But Despite All That, Losing My Job And House Later On As Well, I've Still Been Writing, All The Way Up To Chapter 6. I Have Also Finished A Lot Of Stills, Redrew Ryder, Ranga And Clase's Sprites (And Am Redrawing The Existing Sprites Currently), And Have Made A Lot Of New Sprites And Stills Needed For The New Chapters. I Release A Lot Of The Behind The Scenes Stuff On My Discord If You Want To See How It's Going, But So Far I Still Need To Aquire A PC To Actually Code Everything I Have. Safe To Say I'll Be Pulling A Few All Nighters When I Do Get One To Deal With The Massive Backlog Of Content I Have. I May Also Have To Recode Some Of The Earlier Content To Support The Future Of The Project.

TL;DR: I Don't Have A PC To Run RenPy, But I've Still Been Writing And Drawing For Integritys Fall (Some Of It Can Be Seen In The Discord). Once I Get A PC I Will Have Update 2 Out, And Hopefully A Lot More Quickly After, Because I'd Very Much Like To Pay Back Everyone's Interest In My Project.

I Just Wanted To Pop In Real Quickly. This Isn't An Update Or Anything Major, But I Really Wanted To Say Thanks To The Followers I Have And The People Who've Played Integrity's Fall. I Can't Constantly Apologize For The Delay Over And Over Because You Already Get The Idea. But I Can Say Thank You Again. Checking Again, It Worked On My Phone. I Have A Samsung Galaxy A51, But I'm Not Sure You Need Too Powerful Of A Device To Run It. As Long As Your Phone Is An Android, You Should Just Be Able To Downloaded, Go Into The File Explorer And Tap On The APK. It Gives Me A Prompt To Stage The App And Then It Should Download. Once Complete It Appears In My Bottom Menu Ready To Play.
