You can get voice packs (scenes to dub or clips for gameshow mode) on pages like gamebanana, then when you open the game you push the button on the image to open the Game Folder in Browser.

It should look like in the image below, then you drop the mod folders in the packs_voice (if it is a zip then extract it). The other folders are for other types of mods.

I need to change the directory of the packs and recordings to another disk, it always defaults to AppData. If there is a way to do this in the current update, please tell me how
