Another topic, I don't know if it's just me but I've been doing various new game runs now and every time the Golden Skirt item is always located at The Forest Ruins and not the other two as I was trying to get the Black Scythe of Death but can't due to this issues.

I was doing a new game run with the current version 0.27, I noticed that the Baroness Julia portrait disappeared at The Baron's Manor 2nd floor after I finished the Beauty and the Beast quest and revisited the place.
