Suggestion :
Add an alternate export option that lets us choose millisecond/decisecond delay between frames rather than only fps. I'm suggesting this because gifs can only allow decisecond intervals between frames and most of the time doesn't match up with expected frame rate.
From what i see any number between 27fps and 40fps export at 33.33 fps.
