I'm using the same SE as in Dragon Island so that won't see change. You will see climax alts for some of the later scenes.

When Dragon Island gets major story update I'll also update to add more scenes here, so yeah there will be updates.

Try play the scene normally again.
The replay function was added in a later update compare to that scene, so it can be unlocked but you need to play the scene again to trigger replay.

To unlock the new Extra Story, play Sigmund Route to the current end, including newly added contents.
