How do you unlock the vore scene between Mix and Dr M?

I mean working in retail can be a killer

Is there any way to reduce the grind abit? like 2x or 4x exp/money ect? atm it feels like 90% of the game is just grinding away at enemys. (games very fun otherwise!)
