thank you, that's such a unique thing to notice!

I originally planned to make it more melancholic, but in order to do that I would've need a lot more time and skill, neither of which I had xD but this also turned out much better than I expected, and the concept itself is still sad so it serves as a nice contrast with what's actually being shown

thank you so much! and yeah, that leg really does stand out like a sore thumb, I almost decided to remove it entirely, but I think the motion helped distract from it at least a little bit

also, I didn't wanna point it out so as to not ruin the illusion, but I'm so glad someone picked up on the fact that this was the left leg and it didn't make any sense for the right one to not be visible 😂😭

oh, what!? I feel so honored 😭 thank you so much!

the 90s batman animated series conditioned me xD

thanks 😀 I had a lot of fun making it

LMAOOO 😭 btw, that minos pfp is FIRE

omg, look who's talking about cooking, let's just be co-chefs 👨‍🍳

hey that's awesome, it's always great when you get to try new things. resolutions, ideas, whatever, just keep challenging yourself and you'll be surprised how far you get, hope I see you in the next one :)

thank you!! I'm glad you think so too :)

I'm so glad so many people are loving the concept, thank you so very much, I really appreciate the kind words :)

and yours definitely had the most personality, I loved it!

staahp, you're gonna make me emotional (pls don't stop)

thanks a lot, glad you enjoyed it!

omg thank you! I was so self-conscious about the grass, so I really appreciate that

thank you so much! yours interpretation's also my favorite, so this means a lot coming for you

I left a comment on every other submission so I'm feeling obligated at this point 😭

omg, this is perfectly up my ally for the kind of games and worlds I wanna explore, I love it sm! and the use of color is so unique too

it's amazing how you can guess the personalities of each one just by looking at their expressions and what they're doing, masterful job

ohh the sense of speed is incredible, I think everyone will agree. I'm also just a sucker for pieces with one dominant dark color, and one or two  small bright colors

awesome character and environment design, LOVE the frog (I don't trust the rat's eyes, though xD) the style is a bit reminiscent of GBA games, it's great

awesome rendition, love the butterflies

omg, that water is stunning!I love how everything else is darker, emphasizing that the water is actually glowing. and the environment around it is really beautiful too without taking focus away from the water, great job!

this is a nice contrast, seeing someone resting from the exploration part while planning ahead instead of seeing him in the act, very creative! and the drawing and lighting itself, oof, just all around great

this is so charming and well drawn, I can't xD I love the little pikmins peeking out sm

holy crap, this is peak! the drawings themselves are amazing and so is your use of colors, but the animation on everything is INSANELY GOOD! so lively, I absolutely love it

this reads pretty well for using such a small size, nice work!

looks so stylized! and I love what you did with the waves

amazing use of so few colors, the light color especially made everything pop out so much

oooh you did such a great job showing how the light reflects on everything

that effect is such a creative way to show so many places at once

awesome job with coloring the planet, it really stands out

oh wow, pretty efficient with space

a volcano there is just cruel xD

oh it's a cat! took me a second to realize xD great work

the rocky variations are amazing

the twisted nature reminds me a lot of dark souls 1 and 3, I love that

so many biomes on such a small canvas, and they all look fun to explore, great job!

awesome job conveying depth so well with such an abstract drawing, looks really good!

love the toad!

this has style!
