Go to your UI, beside play mode, is edit mode, select it. Select the model in question, you should see a stick figure associated at the feet (usually) select the stick figure. It brings up a menu, then there's an option "Appearance Preset". Click that, it'll bring up a window, on the left it'll show folders of presets, or towards the top you can select all them scroll through appearance presets.
