That's insanely cool to hear. I didn't think people would like it that much. I'm not sure if I can add a new build until the voting period is finished cus I don't want ppl to think I'm cheating and get disqualified. I'll look and see if it's mentioned in the rules anywhere and update you! Thank you for your kind words <3
Thanks a lot for your kind comment, dude! Super happy to hear you enjoyed your time with it. I feel like a lot of people struggle with Stage 10. Heck, I struggle with Stage 10 too. It's a shame that people won't be able to see the final cutscene but I guess it's my fault for overtuning the difficulty 😭.
There's quite a few of us Gnome Devs in this jam, we gotta support each other fr. I'm gonna check out your game when I get the chance!
Ah okay fair enough. Glad the actual gameplay doesn't lag at least! Construct is awesome, I really love it. It's so easy to work. The visual-scripting is so natural to me - my brain enjoys it a lot. It's a 2D engine currently but is actually starting to support 3D which is awesome. The only issue is that it's like £13 a month which can get pretty pricy ;-;
Haha your game is awesome. A Kaiju simulator is such a good idea for this jam! I like how the skybox is a literal box with clouds painted on it, it's quite charming.

Good work on your game! The match game was actually pretty fun and really kept my brain engaged. I enjoyed the multitasking between catching the running currants and fulfilling the order. The game was difficult, but not so much so that I couldn't finish it, which I personally enjoy. My biggest criticism is that I'm kinda confused why we're catching running currants and putting them in a jar in the first place. The currant catching and the order matching kinda feel like two different game ideas stitched together but without much reason.
Regardless, I still had fun with it. Well done :)
Genuinely brilliant. One of my favourites of this Jam so far. The combat has good feel - enemies react nicely and I like how the sword swing doubles as a dodge. Enemies were cool, I especially like the way the big crabs telegraph their attacks! The art and writing is charming and the boss battle was a lot of fun and very well designed. Not too easy and not too hard. The game didn't overstay its welcome either, it's short and sweet, perfect for a game jam.
Seriously, really great work.
Actually a lot of fun! Having to perform different kinda clicks on different rabbit types, while avoiding enemies with differing mechanics definitely made for an experience that expanded to a greater extent than I expected. My only criticism is that the tutorial levels are quite long and when you get into the level where the game leaves you with all it taught you, the level is extremely easy and over very quickly. There's no score system, or any other level after that, so ultimately it feels like the game misses it's potential slightly.
Regardless, great concept and great execution, well done!
I like the vibe of this game. The strange music really gave it an unsettling atmosphere, and when the red guys chased you it was actually quite tense. Though, I think the difficulty is all over the place, with some levels being easy runs to the finish line while some are super hard and feel like luck to get through. That aside, I think you've managed to capture a really interesting feeling for your game!
A beautiful experience. The gentle ambience and the quiet twinkles of the little whisps really came together to create quite a serene soundscape. The visuals are amazing too. You show a great understanding of colour-theory.
My only complaint is that the game didn't run very well. The occlusion culling came in clutch occasionally, but when I was staring out into far distances the frames suffered. Didn't impact my enjoyment too much though.
Great work with this!
