When I entered Azure Town, the first thing I did was go to the Pokémon Center. After that, I was never able to trigger the cutscene with Lorelei and the Ranger. As a result, I am unable to catch Froslass, since the cave in Azure Town is completely empty. I also can't progress Serena's questline, as I believe it is somehow linked to the cutscene.
Is there any way to retrigger the cutscene without resetting the entire game, or am I stuck without Froslass?
Everything else up to Deoxys worked perfectly fine.
