i went back to get the horn and still didnt manage to win, idk what im missing and id hate to have to completely restart

i cant seem to hit the power level even when utilizing all the training it allows me, any tips?

i see people reccomending very high power levels but i couldnt manage to hit the level even when i trained until it wasnt an option, it capped out at 66 and i cant find any more. skill is 17 and corruption is 3 if those matter. but theres no progress before that before the whole set of mall events

okay im stuck on the rest in the dark dead end, what can i do? i trained my power/skill as much as the game would allow me
