yea the game slowly speeds us the more you die, so basically nobody can finish the game on the first time they boot up the game.
You're right about the cannons. Tbh this time the game was made to suck on purpose, leading you to give up/hate it. Btw I never thought about randomizing pitches, this is very useful to know.
