my game says "internet connection failed" even tho i have fine internet. it normally says this when the game is shut down

why did they shut down perma i thought that they werent going to shut down until november 25th?

i was wondering if the game got shut down or updated because i tried to join earlier and it kept saying i had internet problems but when i joined any other game it had perfect connection with no stutters so i was confused and worried.
