Where on Mega? Your website won't load in Germany as it says it is not secure.

That's odd, I really hope it will be fixed in the next update. Maybe consider sending some screens to the dev.

All controls are in Settings > Input Settings

Make sure enable defeat sex, enable pregnancy & enable tutorials in game settings are toggled to ☑

Cheat menu is accessed through / (right of numlock)

For the current build, I recommend these settings (Bear in mind I have a laptop that's 4 yrs out of date):

40% mouse sensitivity

When you first spawn, talk to Isabel the enchantress to start quests, she should be to your left on the beach by what looks like an oblivion gate
