Grandad's Claw doesn't seem to be adding its innate Cold Resistance onto the stats screen.

Hi Ziggy, (didn't want to make my own thread because I mostly just want to gush about how cool a concept you have)
I love PoE1, particularly Ruthless and the old Descent rogue-like minigame so this game is such a cool intersection of those. i'm already having more fun with this than something like Gladiator Guild Manager on steam which is more polished but lacks The Sauce. The items and passive tree combo makes equipping each exile so much fun.
Feedback after day 13:
1) I would echo that food was really easy to get enough of. Although the alternative of not being able to find enough doesn't sound fun either. Perhaps giving opportunities to trade food (or other resources) for other ones at randomly generated exchange rates would give a sort of push-your-luck feeling to it. Like "food is easy, but can I spend THIS much for a sick new rare?"
2) Early game is tough. Currently you're kind of forced to restart a few times until you get a good pair of exiles with an early weapon drop to get a foothold. Since it's so quick to restart, idk if that's a problem in itself, but it may give people the impression that the game is much harder than it really is once you get over the initial hump.
3) Items/passives make builds really fun. Adding gems is going to send the fun to the moon, but I don't envy you in having to design and balance them all. My two cents are that they should be fairly uncommon (like you will have <1 gem per exile for most of the game), and their power should scale with their gear requirements. E.G, spectral throw works with anything, but the power increase is modest; while glacial hammer requires a mace/staff so the power increase is massive.
4) I love clicking on the yellow (Scouted) missions and I'd like to see them more often (in day 5-15 specifically), even if they didn't actually give me that much more. It's just fun to see a yellow mission, plan for it, and then get a loot pinata at the end. OoooOOooo and I just realized they can also be themed around various poe league mechanics. (e.g. "Scouts have found a Breach is present in this area")
Anyway, very sick game, wishing you the best. I hope you're enjoying being a dad and your kid(s?) is doing well. My kid is almost 6 now and starting to play some more complicated games. Hopefully you're able to share in your hobbies with them too.
