I am trying to run DamselRace on Mac Crossover, but it keeps saying that "The following components are required to run this program: Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime".

I downloaded and installed the Latest (2022) x64 Microsoft Visual C++ runtime onto Crossover, but it did not work. Any suggestions? Thanks for the help.

Is there a way to get rid of Fuuka's collar? The shopkeeper seems unable to deal with it.

I recruited an NPC in a faction-dungeon sub-map on level 2, and my stupidity drove me to instantly promote her to servant, kick her out of the party, and assign her to the summit facility (while surrounded by aggressive NPCs) . I left the sub-map and returned to level 2 not seeing her coming with me, and the servant info page says she was last seen in the sub-map where I just left. I returned to the sub-map and the info changes to "on this floor but not spawned", and I cannot find her anywhere in this sub-map nor on level 2.

I am playing the online version, btw.
