More seriously, game has lovely art and production quality (although I am curious why the nameless priest is animated but not the duke). I like that it doesn't completely spell out Mary's past (even if it is pretty apparent) and how she ended up the way she is and you can see how she can both genuinely want to change for Hazel but ultimately still is a monster. Real tragic that there's no real good ending for Hazel, but this isn't the Wholesome Yuri VN jam so fair enough.
I liked the arguments between the two, it really feels realistic like the complicated relationship Kate has with her mom, and the lack of resolution in the ending with both of their toxic traits. Would love to see an update with portraits and CGs but I think you've got a solid base here.
Endings 1 and 2. The choices had issues after ending 2, both at the choice for asking for partners and on the lunch date when asking about family/job/hobbies.
Pretty neat but I could only get the first couple endings, also there seems to be a bug with the choices after you finish an ending, have to close the game and restart
Exceptionally good art, that supports the theming of the story very well. The Dorian Grey-esque portrait is a great metaphor for repressing trans-ness, just well executed all around.
Played through it a couple days ago, only to find that there was a new demo- comparing them with a fresh memory, I can definitely see the improvements that were made, and the new material is just as great. The mirror is definitely intriguing...
Played both Project Kat and this demo, really fun game, loved the interactions and the setting. Definitely neat that you can get through without solving every puzzle, makes me excited to replay.
