...Wow, after that Patreon post in April saying you were abandoning your VN projects, I just presumed we wouldn't be getting any further updates, but I am glad to be wrong here... Although... I guess now it is safe to presume that, with this update, that's the end of the road for this VN? Shame it, too, had to end on such a rather sad cliffhanger... ☹

Still no Hide button on Android 😓

...And, ja, I miss Lab coat wearing "Scientist" Tyr, this new casual Janitor meets scruffy Farmer look is... Well, whatever, that's just my opinion, but in the end, it is your VN, your choice... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

...Can we please get a Hide button on the Android version? ☹

...If I have any complaints 'bout the puzzle, it is that I am more annoyed that I had to go back to fail the puzzle then I am in getting it right on my first read through in order to see the other dialogue that others, above, mentioned, which led me to engage in a bunch of save scumming in order to evaluate however many times one should intentionally fail the puzzle in order to get the best possible dialogue with one of the main interests (who I very much intend to pursue) in this VN, only to find it even more confuzzling since it has no real impact on the VN for those who don't fail given this dialogue of getting to know this character better is truly inconsequential to the rest of the VN as nothing more than needless flavour text that's there to make things interesting for those who fail, initially (but at least I can say I now know 101 through 999 give the same reaction) 😑

...Well, I'm sorry you feel that way, but...

...As someone who only played the demo and was then led to believe the project died at that point (meaning there was nothing posted to suggest any content was written, developed, released, etc., post-Demo for nearly 2 years)...

...I would consider it very unwise then to invest money in something that (a) may contain content that's of no interest to me (not to mention, using SpOiLeRs to justify gatekeeping your own work will only encourage people to find out what you're hiding instead paying to read your FVN; I mean, I was asking for basics, not a play-by-play and certainly not the number of CGs either, so I will just wait until someone posts them on e621 a week, or less, after release, 'cause they will) and (b) content I might not even be able to access due to creator-inflicted technical issues that could be quite EASILY resolve if you ACTUALLY read the NUMEROUS comments on the main itch.io page of your FVN that people have left YOU over the years as well as the comments left on the main itch.io pages of the other, albeit active, FVNs that conflict with yours on Android in order to resolve this issue (or you could, like, try Google/Reddit too 😑)...

...But I respect your decision to not want money, readers, and/or fans of your work and this FVN, so I will say nothing further on this matter.

While I'm always glad to hear a (F)VN hasn't been cancelled....

...Is there any chance you might post useful information about what is in this update? 🙄

For example, how many CGs are in it? Is this all NSFW content? Who does the NSFW content cater too (i.e., is the MC the bottom, top, or...)? Will there be an Android version? AND will the Android version suffer from the same installation problems as the current Android demo version does (i.e., we cannot install Lunateria while other Android versions of certain FVNs, like Taste of Fire, RtF, etc., are already installed, otherwise the Android version of Lunateria tries to act like an update instead its own) or has that been fixed?

😕

Well, in the window version, you can press H to Hide the UI by default in Ren'Py, but, for Android, you actually have to code it in... ☹

...iirc, you can put this in the menu:

imagebutton auto "gui/quick_menu/load_button_%s.png" action [HideInterface(), Hide("in_game_menu")]

Basically, the HideInterface() hides the window and the Hide() function hides the menu you were in that way this can go in a menu 🤔

...My apologies if that doesn't make sense... 😣

...Can we get a Hide button added to the Android version? Please and thank you 🙏🏼

So, that scene is also part of the encounter with the nightfallen, but you gotta drag it out (no learning counter magic, don't ask scribbles for help, etc.)... 🤔

Okay, I really like how you're incorporating characters from past works as it is always nice to see character development of, otherwise, minor characters into characters with stories to tell, but...

...While I enjoyed the prologue up until the encounter with the humans who's dice are rigged (and, yes, I reloaded nearly a hundred times before I quit playing) and then, many hours after I was no longer angry and curiosity got the better of me, I decided to see what failure entailed, but... It was like you jumped straight from a heartbreaking bad end to what I felt like was being thrown into an entirely different game with familiar faces that can be summed up as "create a party based on who you're gonna end up sleeping with" using only the barest of details as to why... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

...And that leads me to the question of are we to presume this game is going to pursue a polyamorous route or is Dyne in an "oPeN" marriage with Cornelius (so, sleeping with everyone will be his shtick)? Of course, that raises questions 'bout how committed Zandahrell is to Lairen, since... It sounds like copulation is a must for that race to be... Functional? Granted, to each their own, but these are dynamics I'd want to know more 'bout before committing to a fuller version of the game, but that just really brings me back to the transition from Lairen to Dyne...

Basically, the transition needs work AND, to be honest, if you started with a story of how Dyne came to learn all 'bout the Lavadi, what they can do for him, how they're summoned, etc., which happened to lead to something or someone that starts a flashback about the final days of Lairen and Zandahrell, which then goes back to Dyne setting out on this quest, it'll feel less like we're getting the short end of the stick with Lairen as well as make the adventure of Dyne & CwBs seem, IMHO, less out of place.

Keep in mind, the Android version of the demo had zero flaws (unless you count humans with rigged dice), so serious congrats there, plus the art is gorgeous and the music is spectacular as usual... However, I always appreciated the animated aspects of the CGs in Endless Bounty/Engaging Destiny, so I hope you’re able to incorporate that (which is not to say the scene in the demo wasn't heartwarmingly amazing, just y'all are kind of known for animated CGs), but if not, that's okay (though I do hope you'll consider it)... Umm... I think the layout and D&D-esque aspect is fun and has a lot of potential (but save scumming is inevitable, so making fail options more enticing just means the number of saves I make will double, since I'll just pursue both and simply continue playing from whichever outcome I find more desirable in the end), but since we didn't get to level/allocate stat points/increase bonuses/affect stats with stuff/etc., it seemed very... Inconsequential? But I get it, it is a demo and I'm sure those stats will really matter in the full release (and more so than I decided my travelling partying based on who I want to see get it on)... Oh, but I absolutely loved the CODEX feature and hope it'll be, or continue to be, more elaborate in the full version of the game (although you might want to consider adding a section to the CODEX to explain each stat, their purpose, how bonuses work, etc., if only as a reliable point of reference).

...Beyond that... Just excited to see where this game goes~ 😉

...And by "Chagatang," do you mean Sweetealand? 🤨 ...Also, I can confirm this does not work for me 🤷🏻‍♂️

I do not believe either of these have been released yet 🤔

...I'm guessing "Yanghua City" means Goatown, since you can buy musk there, but when I travel everywhere else with at least one of every purchasable item and, aside from the ones that are demarcated to trigger an event, still nothing happens... 🤔

So, for those of us who continued from a save at the end of 0.7 and played through 0.8 already, what exactly was missing between 0.8 and 0.8.1, or was the missing stuff only pre-0.8 stuff...? 🤔

Android User here and, honestly, I'm quite impressed! No issues, crashes, etc., with Android Demo and the art is gorgeous (Now, I wanna replay Endless Bounty~ ♡).

Only thing I can suggest is... Although not sure how feasible... But a way to hide the D-Pad / Buttons would be nice as they overlap with the villagers at time and just... Just kind of in the way at and inconvenient (since they're not very transparent); Also, smaller buttons would be nice, while the size of the D-Pad is fine, just too intrusive...

Finally, while I had no issues with the scenes when they occurred playing the game (That barn scene~ ♡♡♡), I wasn't able to replay the scenes in the Extras menu, but wasn't sure if that was just an intentional limitation of the demo. However, the cast bios worked fine :)

Nevertheless, keep up the good work and I'm excited to play the full version when it is released~! ;)

...I mean, I like it and it looks really nice, but... Uhh... Is this still a VN...? (°- °)"

...Meh, losing access to a (somewhat outdated) demo so I can read an on-going VN isn't a big deal and, as an end user, doing what should be the job any half-decent creator(s) should already be doing anyways in order to regain access to said demo I wasn't planning on playing through again (but, admittedly, was too lazy to uninstall, since it wasn't really taking up any space) isn't really worth that much effort ('specially by the end user in the situation) ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

FYI to anyone new to TToF that is having issues installing the Android version: If you have the Lunateria demo installed, you'll need to uninstall it first to install ToFF, cause both packages share the name of "com.org.androidset" :-/

OMG, this worked! Uninstalled the Lunateria (demo) and it let me install TToF! :)

...Now if only the creators of both games would update the names, this wouldn't be an issue... :-/

I am also having this issue with the Android version; instead of installing, it tries to install an update to an existing app, which I do not have as this' also my first time downloading this VN.
