I like the artwork! Are you also plan to make the board the same style?

Here are some concerns, issues, and bugs I have found:

1. No visual cues of where and which direction my lanterns can go, and the action points did not make much sense to me. They can be negative.

2. I can keep clicking the lantern and it will grow super large or disappear!

3. What about the dark lantern?

Anyway, this is a good start, I encourage you to focus on getting a completed and playable version and expressing the novel or unique ideas that will make your game a difference.

Great game! I have played for quite a while, but it is so hard to survive - there will be more enemies spawned as time goes. And they spawned out of nowhere and I cannot anticipate. You should make Gundalf stronger to player gets more motivated in this endless battle. His second ability, the black hole does not do much right now, and should be buffed, as I was expecting something powerful that uses mana. I saw there are interesting ideas on time manipulation and background narrative. I encourage you to focus on your novel and unique ideas and build everything up and around them to make a difference. This is a great start. Keep it up!

Nice work on the basic controls, levels, and visual art! Keep it up!

You may want to explore some tools for fast prototyping your levels, such as ProBuilder  and ProGrids.

I also encourage to focus on the new or unique ideas your game will express, and build everything around. Looks like there are some interesting ideas in your brainstorming docs. You may also need to design some simple rewards of the puzzles or some feedbacks,  if you want to do a no-text game.
