I loved the idea behind it and your art. But indeed, the intro was a little bit slow and the night is a bit too dark. Mayby also give a volume button because the intro was a little bit to loud for my taste, so getting to mute it would be nice.

yeah it stared with the idea of the runner being indoors. But I didn't find a good backdrop. Then all the original obstacles were scrapped because a chair op the street is a little bit wierd. And I wasn't satisfied with my drawings of the house. I was planning to give the cat a mask but I cannot update the game so...

This rule doesn't apply if the project follows the rules of all the jams the submission was posted to

This is what you said yourself. So it was not because spam because every Jam I submitted it to was especially for that. This too it is a endless runner so in my opnion is this a loop.

The only other thing I can think of if it is because I made the page just befor the start of the jam but it is still in development.  But correct me if I'm wrong I thought I read on this one you could start 4 days earlier. If it was not yours then I agreed with the disqualification. But not because of spamming!

Why? Because you never answered.

It speeds up, but the reviews say it's still too slow.

Thanks for letting me know

Thanks!

Next update, I will change it.

Love it and also good that if you're good at it, it becames harder, but when you begin to fail that it grows easier again. The flashing light was indeed quite annoying and at the end of the game it just stops. Mayby you can put a little end screen like 'Congrats wanna try again?'

Thanks. It is quite different from Unity, but at this moment I like Godot more.

Loved it. Not only the idea but also the gameplay!

2 little points that were less. The positive numbers on the end day screen take a little long to get to the full amount and I couldn't go to the next day.

Thank you for letting me know. Now it's goes faster from 50 points on but mayby 25 points is a less gap?

Thank you

Yeah I know. The original idea was more islands, also really not liniear like if you choose a route in 1 game it will not be same als the previous game. Also if you leave without a relic the island gets creepier and you get a game over after the third visit.

This was also the first time I worked with RPG maker and Lost a lot of time to find the ship and to learn the mechanics. For instance I only found the Else branch of If by accident and this was after making the second island

Loved it overall! The only issue I had was with the camera — it suddenly moved upward and I got disoriented.

So the puzzel is the left pillar, the right pillar, the pillar above the lava and then the pillar below. Then go back to the throne and leave by the circle. But don't go in the circle if the puzzel isn't completed
It’s meant to feel like you regain control — but like the book on the first island hints… you never really did.

So a few ideas I didn't had time to incorporate:

- If you don't get the artifact on the first/second/third run of the island, it's a automatic gameover

- Every run of an island makes it more creepier and the texts change

- Things change on the schip everytime you return and/or a mysterious figure follows you.

- More islands and not a lineair path. So each playtrough you see different islands.

I like a good prison escape 😁
