Yan-chan has 4 phases (names by me) the keyword works only up to "Yandere"
Normal: her most of the time
Pseudo-Yandere: embarassed/angry usually with knife
Yandere: no music, red eyes, with knife, attacks it close enough, but otherwise stays still
Game Over Yandere: Escape without trust/her, or annoy/insult her

How to open the door:
Find the key by looking at vergil's email
use the statue (after grabbing it) when she is also in the room

or make her do it by tricking her or leaving with her

Lore i pieced together:
Yan-chan used to have a Blue parrot as a child, however it was set free (either escaped or death) traumatising her, which lead her to lose a piece of her heart and developing her yandere tendencies, wishing to restore that long piece she resolves in kidnapping you the player which is now forced to play pretend boyfriend with her, uppon interacting with the statue, Yan-chan has a minute of clarity and lets you leave, however that doesnt last as she returns tochasing you as you leave the apartment
