The GoFile link seems to be down, at least for Chapter 2. - If any comments or assistance is known, please do let me know. The first Chapter's GoFile link seems to be working just fine.

Seems that restarting the game fixed it!

Not sure if anyone else if having this issue, but playing through the newest update (0.7), unlocking new gallery images and scenes, however when using the phone none of them are showing up. It only has 23 Scenes and 6 Photos available.
