Reloading if you scroll too fast is a browser setting. In chrome it's called "pull-down-to-refresh" and is a known Chrome "feature" that no-one asked for. It will happen on any web page.
Sounds like a bug. Post surgery, there should be no effect of having high or low libido. If there is, something has gone wrong. Would it be possible for you to send me the save?
I'm sorry it doesn't work great on mobile. Unfortunately it's reached the point now where it'd be easier to start again than modding it to run on mobile, especially since I have no way to test on mobile other than uploading it to itch.
