An extended version of the game would be so cool!! I can't wait to see what you do with Marcus going forward because the dynamic between him and m/c is super interesting! So happy that this isn't the last of Marcus hehe

I love the Alleyman's poetic prose and the way they rhyme a lot, it really sets the tone that whoever this is, they are someone to not be trifled with. The gamble itself was really well executed, and it had me needing to strategise a little in order to win. I had fun playing this!

Gosh you have no idea, I spent ages going through all the different possibilities to try and get all the endings (since I was stuck on getting ending 2 for way too long haha). I went into the game completely blind not knowing what it was about too - I downloaded the game based on the cover art only so I was very engrossed in the story all throughout. Oh, and I'm very glad that someone else was able to submit the game on your behalf! It was super fun playing this!

Yess for sure! You definitely nailed the whole serial killer concept so honestly it'd be super cool if you kept up with that for future projects cause there are soo many things you can do with that. Can't wait to see what you make in the future!

THIS WAS AMAZING??? I almost forgot it was only 1000 words long because I kept replaying it from the start to try to get all of the endings (it got to a point where I had to bust out a massive whiteboard titled 'How to kill off our psycho of a husband after he tried to kill us' with several failed methods on how to dispose of him). My favourite ending was for sure ending 3 - who doesn't love a little toxic love?

I also loved how his name changed after every ending - favourite one was 'that psycho' of course. And the music?? Oh and also I loved all of the subtle worldbuilding-esque hints like the spicy fish from our homeland and how it seemed to be a political marriage aaa, loved this so much!!

So uhm... I cried. Wow. This was amazing. I literally have no other words, I just sat here for the last five minutes staring at the screen. I loved how things were slowly revealed as the screen zoomed out. Amazing job, well done. 

I did not expect that jumpscare so when it happened my skeleton jumped out of my skin OHMYGOSH. The fourth wall break spooked me because I downloaded the game before reading the game page so seeing that in the game itself was scary but also in a good way?? I really loved the dialogue and the way the player controls were taken away too!!

Love love love the voice acting and the art?? For such a short VN I was sooo deeply engrossed into the story and all the ways we could try to survive. Absolutely love this!

Considering the restrictions of the jam, I have to say that I love love love what you did with the story! The dynamic between Wyatt and Velvet is super intriguing and also who doesn't love a criminal x detective story?? If this does become a full on VN one day, I'd for sure play it!

For this being such a short VN, I absolutely loved it!! I definitely loved the background and black and white colour palette cause it really contributed to the whole 'hey my roommate is a serial killer and I should probably call the police but hey he does the dishes sooo'. I'm super shocked that this is your first VN, cause this was amazing! (honestly this has the potential to be an amazing longer game too). If you make anything else in the future I'll be sure to play it!

Omg omg omgg I love this game so much!! You definitely managed to put the 'horror' into the 'romantic horror' genre with all the bad endings. And those ones also lowkey freaked me out a bunch?? Especially when the shaking text changed the more I ran into the dead ends. I honestly started glancing around making sure that I was indeed alone in my room because holy hell I was spooked.

I also love love love the side characters?? Moth????? I love them so much, definitely a fave of mine,  and the dynamics with all the other characters were super interesting too, I was kinda freaking out about Elanor when she didn't show up for a while at the beginning cause I was soo attached to her.

I also really liked the story too, like I love how even one choice could take the same day down a different path, it makes replaying things much more fun, and the CGs make it totally worth it!

I'm rambling now so I'll stop - I know this is a passion project so take your time with the updates <33

Ooooh I can't wait to see what these ''reasons'' are. It's super fascinating seeing Ari from the perspective of a different character (I almost didn't even recognise her because she looks a little different in the other game). I also can't can't wait to see what role she takes on here! Thanks for replying and can't wait to see how this story goes :)

Ahh I just knew I had to play this demo the moment I saw it pop up in my email and omg??? Arielle?? I didn't expect her return at all (pretty sure she's the MC of TTYDFL). The art is so so gorgeous and I love the story/dialogue so far!! Maybe we'll see more of what 'The Incident' is in the full game?? Can't wait to see the full game out (and have more of Eros because holy shit she's hilarious).
