Yes, it only supports until android 9 from what I could see. I've already tried to fix this but the better way is asking the creator to update the game

Hey! I was able to install the game on my laptop, but in my phone(andorid) it's not working, it appears a message saying that it's not compatible. Does anyone know how can I uptade the apk of the game?  

Maybe you have some add block on, or you may change your browser, I used google chrome and it worked properly
