You were rude from the beginning anyways, Apple devices are difficult when it comes to mods of applications, that's why Noxula can't make one. It's more easy to say "make it" than actually make it.
I do gacha edits since 2018 and I'm an artist, it's just practice, tutorials and much but MUCH blending layers to make lightnings
