ha, I knew it :D
I played it aswell, for  8 years when it came out and got over 4k hours ^^

I started the game and was watching through the Menus and saw the Artworks of the Spell-Icons and it looks like, the artworks are inspired by an online game I played when I was younger :D

Found the problem:
My Speakers weren't connected to the PC and RenPy can run into issues without Speakers.

Hey, I realy love that game, but since public release I have the problem, that the game don't show me certain parts of the World (Black screen) and also no Animations anymore (pic below). Any idea how to fix it? :)

I can recommend to check out Harem Hotel and Unlimited Pleasure. If 2D is also good SummertimeSaga and What a Legend

Look on the arcade, you can find a stone there ;)
