Sort of? Short answer, yes but it's a little weird. There isn't really any until the Auxo arc, which is good ways into the story, and I can't say more without spoilers. If you're looking for a lot of pregnancy content, this really isn't for you, but it's still an amazing story that's worth sticking through.
