I want to start this by saying I have nothing but respect for you. Iam an aspirirng game dev & Dino Crisis fan too, so please know, this doesn't come from a malicious place.
First of all you need to understand, dino crisis is not resident evil nor a horror game. It's survival horror & you fight animals, not monsters.
The atmosphere doesn't come from dark hallways or creepy sounds. It comes from iten management & clawing your way through the unknown.
I know you're a solo dev & this is your baby, but I strongly advise you to reduce the scope. Make a small interlinked dungeon, fill it with interestig events & let the player figure it out.
Because as this project is, it feels more like a movie game/haunted house sim, sneaking & prolonged use of cutscenes while impressive, add nothing. (It gave me the impression you were more heavily influenced by the last of us than Dino crisis.)
Graphics are ok, even if Regina's ass has no shape.
Music & sounds were ok too, bit unfitting at times.
