I just found out about this, thankfully some of my MLM adjacent games are still up and viewable, I'd recommend devs for adult games start posting their game downloads somewhere else for the time being, like on their patreons, same format, free builds are viewable without a sub and then the builds that are locked behind a sub. (Also wanted to note, that from my end Lust Doll plus is still up and downloadable for the time being.)

I've checked and there's nothing preventing my pc from preventing the game to write files, I've just taken to waiting a few minutes and then usually it lets me save

It wouldn't even autosave for a while, I went to every location and nothing happened, I noticed saving stops working when you get up to UNA, at least for me, IDK if its the same for anyone else.

is there anything i have to have to run the game or can i just run it once its all downloaded?

I think the bug still stands, but sleeping in the safehouse seemed to fix it for me

I think I've encountered a bug, for some reason the game won't let me save anymore, the last time it saved was at the forest park just before getting the bug goo for cress and then after that it stopped saving, I can't even manual save or overwrite a save :(
