I have no clue how I didn't realize that, but thank you still!

So I've seen that people were able to pose the eyebrows and eyelids into more wavey positions. The whole time I have been using these models, I could not for the life of me figure out how to make them more wavey and they would just stay stilted no matter what bone I moved.

Could someone please show me how these work? First image is what I'm stuck with, second image is what I'm wanting them to look like
