The beginning story reminded me a lot of the movie "Mickey 17." Really good stuff. Same feedback from me that most already have had, but I hope to see this continued because I enjoy these types of games!

our artist was inspired by that game! thank you!

Cute, but got boring really quickly due to the lack of other gameplay mechanics besides feeling like I'm walking forever just to do it again. It's nice for a while, but checkpoints would be nice.  The death sound gets really painful.

Wish the sprite moved back and forth with your controls. Silly fun but the textures being really poorly put together on level 3 was a bit jarring. Nice art overall, couldn't figure out what to do on that level though.

Pretty quickly seemed to bust my ankles from a fall and waddled around for a while before restarting. A lot of places to get lost. Nice concept, but I didn't get that far.

I see someone likes the work of a little white dog...

This is ADORABLE and I love the music, simple fun mechanics, and the sound design. Also, you press space to close the instructions, I got stuck for a second on it too just because it's not mentioned.

Cute, had a fun time with the items here!

This theme and art style is awesome! Love the music. Couldn't get up from the initial mushroom wouldn't really launch me high enough to get anywhere. Hard to tell what is collideable.

I love the concept, a bit confusing when understanding the rating system going down but being told I did well. Otherwise, I love the UI here!

Educational, cute, and straightforward!

post the jam we will likely flesh out a bit of actual fight mechanics but ran out of time, hope you all enjoy regardless!

went to replay the game after listening to malevolent, I think you did a great job capturing the same atmosphere that is so unsettling about the podcast. however, I will say I enjoyed the game significantly more after experiencing the media of inspiration simply due to confusion/no cohesive story. you did wonderful and I will continue to stalk everything you make moving forward!
