it shows a ? for me on the disk space required and then doesnt do anything when I click download. Might be something on my end but I have no idea what the issue could be

Certain events get triggered if you go at the right times. Focus on where they are throughout the day, or if you already discovered all of those events, spend more time on the computer trying to level up your skills, you might not be meeting the requirements to progress

Windows, I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still no dice

Every other second I get a pop-up saying "an exception has occurred", did I download the wrong file or are other people also having this issue?

I figured it out eventually, turns out the browser worked fine I'd simply been letting it redirect me. Thank you for the help and the quick responses!
