I don't think it is. The next minute is 12:00AM (midnight). Sorry, I am really doubting myself now. Is it midday Sunday or midnight Sunday?

Sorry for the silly question here, but when does this Jam start? It says 11:59PM on the itch.io countdown, but the video says 12PM GMT. That's a 12 hour difference?
