I'd like to thank the creators for making such a wonderful game. You've really created an epic cozy experience. Especially with the new update adding lace, new fabrics and the smoothness of adding the cut fabric to the mannequin. Also well done on the many bug fixes, it runs even smoother now. Also the sewing feels much easier and better now since its more accurate with the arrows and that it's not necessary to restart the whole piece but continue from where it is left off.
Since it gives off the noble peoples vibe i'd like to give a few suggestions.
- Accessories:
- like jewels (for the dress) both small and bigger gems to add like buttons, but also those gems in golden plate to add on the dress (i might be going a bit overboard because i took a lot of inspiration from Webtoon comic dresses, but might be nice for a later update)
- fur,
- brooch
- pieces of fabric around the hands (ill put pictures for reference),
- Fabric:
- adding more red colours (there is only one red option ;-;)
- searching up colours is a bit difficult because its filtered from lowest to highest price. I love the different pattern styles and i look forward to more!
- Colour: Personally, I like to have a gradient colour changing in dresses (especially with the skirt that has 3 layers), because currently it just has a stark change.
- i think it might be easier to choose a fabric colour through a colour wheel (like in MS paint) to get the right shade.
- the wheel might also make it easier for the accessories and the pencil when colouring in the book (would be nice if the pencil had pattern simulation just for better visualisation or maybe i have skill issue).
- Excess fabric:
- instead of throwing to trash it could pile up a bit so we can use it for sweing in smaller fabric changes, a plushie or for something
- Adding the option to make gloves, hats and maybe clothes for guys. I'm aware its "dressmaker" though i think it would be a cute idea to make suits and pants for men too (maybe as a DLC?)
- Customizing
- having an option to create a dress pattern by adding different pieces ourselves (like extra skirt parts on the sides). The current options are great and I notice there is coming more. I just think it might be nice to be able to creatively play around with the position of the fabric, the layers, the look (like having a cut at the side of the leg, making longer sleves with a open cut)
I hope any of the suggestions get implemented and help with the developing. Otherwise really a job well done with everything, its been an incredible game. I can't wait to buy it! Thank you for creating something so lovely!
