So I have been tracking the game for awhile now and I would wager that there are about eight more updates before we get to version 1.0 with each update being roughly 4 to 6 months apart. So if the developer stays on this trajectory, it is going to still be a few years before it is completed, but the good news is that each update has been a fair size of content. So I don't mind.

Not to sound pessimistic, but when I was going over his release history, an update had been released fairly consistently every 5 or 6 months. The good news is that it is 2024 and we have Dragon's Dogma 2 and Elden Ring DLC to occupy our time until the release of 06.5 which I am guessing to be around the time frame of September(ish)
