It has some real potential, I should say. I think the scope was just massive and honestly you got really far despite that.

Thanks for playing, Djimmi!

Simple design but hard to master. Lends itself to a lot of interesting and cool ideas, though!

Love the rubix cube slam and it leans itself to a lot of fun game design ideas!

Cute design and fun gameplay. Could use a motion sickness warning, though!

Thank you for the kind words!

Merci Maman

This was great. Trying to get the shapes right at different speeds seems to be relly balanced well in terms of difficulty. The sound design is great and the background track was really fun and fit the frenzy mode really well. The UI and gameplay feels really polished, too!

My only criticism would be that there's not enough different shapes to make, or that they're not all equally difficult. It would add some more variety if there were different ones. They seem to show up randomly, so it can be a little luck-based getting a higher score.

It's a very refreshing and interesting concept. For this jam, I think it's executed pretty well. Vaguely having an idea of what sort of environment you're in makes everything feel uneasy and supernatural. The sound design and visuals really add to the experience as well. If I'd have to give it any criticism I'd say that it's too short and too easy, but considering the limited time and the scope of what you've built I think it's all fair.

Pretty cool concept. Really hectic trying to keep everything balanced at the same time but rewarding to pull off. Audio is pretty well done.

Thanks for the kind words on the sound design :)

This game is awesome! Great job :)

The game looks and sounds awesome. I really like the music and how it fits with the aesthetic.

The difficulty with the controls comes from it snapping into place which makes the blocks in between a little difficult to hit. I feel like something where you could have dragged the mouse would have worked better.

The music gets a little repetitive towards the end. A nice melody would have worked well to keep grabbing attention and maybe some audio feedback when getting a perfect would have been sweet.

Still, overall a fun rhythm game!

I'm probably just bad because managing the stirring and defeating enemies at the same time felt really difficult.

Loved the tutorial at the start and the look of the game. Audio was great, too!

I'll be sure to check out your game as well!

It's definitely not bad in terms of SFX. It's just a matter of some music playing at the same time and the volume between different things. All the audio itself sounded great! It can get a bit complex to not have things overlap and sound weird but keeping things organised really helps with that, I think. I use Yoolean sound meter to check the volumes on everything because you can become deaf to volume differences if you're doing audio for hours at a time.

Thank you, I really appreciate the kind words!

That makes sense.

Very interesting story. Would have loved some backstory in terms of worldbuilding.

Pretty adorable. The art style and the little story at the start are really attention grabbing. Would have been cute to see a response of the little pillbug at the end to getting her grade, though.

Very similar to our team's entry but executed in a different way. I really like the audio and the way that impacts feel. Awesome job!

This game explores some very dark themes like going to your boss and asking for time off. Something I wasn't ready to be confronted with. However, it's executed beautifully and the surprise twist at the end really hit me emotionally. The struggles of office ducks are real and society continues to ignore them.

(I didn't manage to hit the special bar once during my playthrough :(

It visually looks great! I really like the concept as well. Very creative. I might be missing some controls, though. Is there a way to rotate the pieces or remove them?

I am normally not super into lifesims, but when my boss started staring at the wall for a good ten seconds for no apparent reason I started feeling really connected to the main character. The downside to this is that my workplace doesn't have spinning chairs but I'll have another coffee to make up for it.

Fun concept, though admittedly I am not skilled enough to get over palmtrees. Probably a skill issue.

Neat puzzle game! They get more challenging towards the end but that's what makes it fun.

Really impressed with how this game looks and feels. All criticism I can think of is polish. Light balancing issues on the audio and gameplay side. But overall, it's super impressive that you've managed to get so much done in just a week.

I like the concept but it can be a bit much on the eyes watching the level turn every time. The rotation just feels a little off-putting. The music and sound effects are thematically very fitting!

I'm simultaneously really impressed by how much you managed to do, but at the same time I have no idea what I'm supposed to do and nothing really seems to work how it's supposed to. Visually, it looks great and the theme is really cool.

I like the base idea and I think I'll get back to it some time and see what sort of crazy combos I can make. The gambling part could be quicker, as there's not much to do there, especially when you don't have any charms. The sound design is sweet!

Thank you! Our programmers worked really hard so I'm sure they'll appreciate the kind words and I'll make sure to check out your game as well!

The concept is pretty cool!

The controls and concept are very similar to the game we made but I really like the more puzzle-based spin on it. Managing the dash is a little difficult!

The spinning should be slower, but I think that's all due to your time running out. Better luck next time!

Awesome little game! The base concept is great!

Very fun! The control scheme is really cool and the art works really well for the concept.

Very interesting control method! The art is really cute, too!

Very addictive! Although I would have liked there to be a bigger goal to work towards.

Really cute game! Would have loved to be able to see my family of spiders represented somewhere once I rescued them.
