Got a similar problem, I think I got the same message, but I can't check right now. It did go off when I turned to 0 my visual offset, but since I use Bluetooth headphones, I need that offset to keep the rhythm, and turning it back to where it syncs, gives me the error again in new songs, and makes the first few notes of the old songs loop and the stage never progresses.
