Hi wichta -that's correct. If the 2 or 8 return to the top of the deck in their Used state, you should rotate them to their Scoring state. Once reset, proceed to the Fly phase. When they return to the top once more, you may then use their ability.

Hi booyau, the cards in the game are Mini Euro sized.  This was to ensure comfort when playing. You can pick up sleeves to fit 44mm x 67mm cards.  An alternative is that I do have a version that's Poker / Magic card-sized, however it will be tricker to play with the  bigger cards :)
